Customer Service Support

Pay Rate: $13-18/hr
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
o Assist in the preparation of all transactional documentation associated with sales orders from order placement, confirmation, tracking of shipments and delivery (in the case of delivered sales).
o Perform various data entry, such as entering customer sales orders
o Assist in handling and solving customer related inquiries, concerns, requests, etc.
o Assist in new item paperwork set up and new customer documents
o Assist in report pulling
o Assist in Target ASN s and labels
o Assist in consumer inquiries when needed
o Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management
o Strong Customer Focus with professional demeanor
o Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
o Bilingual skills a plus, not required
o Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
o Must be a self-starter with the ability to accept and facilitate direction
o Excellent customer service and time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
o Requires ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities.
o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
o Ability to work closely with management and team members to resolve problems and maximize business opportunities- team player
o Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
o One to two years of related experience or equivalent
o Ability to follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
o Must have working knowledge of office equipment, (computers, printers, fax machines etc.)
o Must be punctual and maintain regular attendance
o Ability to work overtime as needed with little or no notice
o Ability to sit for long periods of time.
o Must pass pre-employment drug screen & criminal background investigation
o Perform all duties and responsibilities in an ethical manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures
o Must provide references upon request
Requires constant sitting, Keyboard/ten key, repetitive hand motion.
Occasional stretching, bending, walking, handling (grasping and holding) and flexing.
Ability to push, pull and lift up to thirty-five pounds.
Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season
